I'm not sure of the specifics, but multiple websites are stating that on iOS 10.3, you can see which of your installed apps are 32-bit if you go to Settings > General > About > Applications (picture guide included in an example site here).
So if you're on iOS 10.3 (which I'm not, for various reasons involving other games and apps), you can probably check the apps directly to see whether they're listed in the compatibility issues section.
So without that approach, from Googling around a bit...according to idownloadblog.com:
Quoted text:
Apple requires that both new and updated apps submitted to App Store in June 2015 onward support 64-bit processors. To put it another way, all apps listed in the App Compatibility section haven’t been updated since at least June 2015.
Provided the assumption that "apps which support 64-bit processors are able to run on an OS which doesn't have 32-bit support"...(I can't say I'm entirely certain of this, it's just what seems intuitive to me)
Star Warfare 1's last known update according to its iTunes page is 26 January 2016, for Version 2.95. Provided the above website's info is correct, that would imply the game should run, maybe...?
Star Warfare 2's iTunes page lists its last update as April 25, 2016 for Version 1.23, so that should also be safe provided the above info is correct.
All the same, it's probably safest to get direct confirmation from someone running the beta for iOS 11. I don't really know if there's a way to figure out the iOS app's architecture just from looking at its files.
